Closing went well with no issues. Prior to closing, we signed a lot of documents online. On the closing day, we went to a law firm in Jacksonville, NC and signed some more documents with the ink. It was sure a lot of paperwork to sign.

I’m glad the transaction went smooth! Yes, mortgages require a lot of paperwork, that is part of the process…but I’m glad we were able to navigate you through it with ease :)

There was clear communication. I loved that I away not confined to banking hours because Jena will communicate during nights and weekends. I was never worried about it making it to closing.
