We are first time home buyers and felt Academy had good knowledge of what to do, however, the communication was lacking. It was frustrating not getting a response and made us anxious thinking we may miss a deadline.

Worked hard to achieve our very tight time frame. Could have been a little faster to return messages- but overall pleased with process.
Team worked hard to get our mortgage done and on time. Rate was great- and fees were less than all others. Very pleased. Would have like a little faster response to emailed questions- but overall happy. Thanks.
