Make sure the Loan agents are available. There were times she was unreasonable, and I left emails and message and got with me days later.

It's very important to listen to your clients and communicate better. Getting hit with an increase on the day of closing as i am signing the loan papers was very unprofessional and inefficient on Silverton side.
