Good communication
Communication was unsatisfactory.
He explained every step of the process.
Sean made sure we got approved.
I had to change lenders at the last minute and you guys still made to it where I could close on time. All of my questions were answered in a timely manner and I got a great credit towards my loan!

Sean was excellent to work with. He was very personable and very communicative. Sean Explained every step of our loan process and answered our million questions without hesitation.
Libby was very responsive and always available to answer any questions. The best person to deal with out of the entire home purchasing process!
