Better contact with client, communication about changes should be explained when sending to clients. Emails with no explainations is not acceptable.

To be fair with a remote lender alot has to be done using Docusign. Given enough time it was great but the week of closing updated documents came daily sometimes twice daily. I travel gor work luckily my wife is capable but my schedule is not....

More timely responses to my emails, questions, and paperwork submissions. I don't see a reason to let it worhin one week of cllsing to give me the full approval for a loan rhat that I already pre qualified for.
