    Communication was excellent! All the staff was friendly and professional. He explained the process, how the rates worked and what would be best for my personal financial situation.

    Brian Redmond was great. Responsive and helpful. But the underwriting group asked for things multiple times and seemed to do things at the last minute that could have/should have been done sooner.

    Could not have gone better. Brian Sutherland and team made getting a mortgage with Silverton extremely easy. They also worked well with others involved, including closing attorney. Will definitely call Brian again the next time I need a mortgage!...
