    I have worked with Brian for several years now, and he always does what he says he'll do, when he says he'll do it. He has never given me a pre-approval letter on a buyer, then not closed. Highly recommend his expertise and bedside manner!

    Closing was very organized and all paperwork was explained very well it was a great experience. My daughter and her husband are first time home buyer's and that makes me happy.
