It was great to work with you and we appreciate all of your assistance during the process.
In addition to a seamless closing experience she personally took accountability for making what could have been a bad experience a positive one!
Tricia and her team answered all of our questions clearly, they returned our calls and emails in a timely manner. There were no surprises at the closing and that helped make it a great experience

Tricia was really helpful during the closing, it would have been better if the borrower was frequently updated about the loan before and during closing. I had to send email constantly to inquire about closing information.
The entire team walked us through our first new build and made the process as painless as possible. VERY HAPPY with our first new home!!! We couldn't have done it without Ms. Tricia and her team.

Better communication
It was great working with Tricia and her team. Dawn was especially easy to communicate with and helpful. Overall was a wonderful experience.
