Tricia was very responsive and quick to get back with answers, etc. Usually same day but never longer than 24 hours. The peace of mind this gave us throughout the process was very comforting!

Tricia is a very lovely person, very sweet, however the communication about closing numbers for my client was not always clear. Silverton mortgage didn't communicate thoroughly with my client and because of this we had to postpone our closing....

The entire team was excellent to work with. They were accessible and answered my endless questions with patience and grace. Also, they kept me up to date on what information was needed and when. Reminders were sent in a timely manner as well....
