Nicci and Michelle helped calm my nerves about the while approval/closing
process. They were always quick to respond to my questions, when emailing, calling or texting.

Pretty easy to work with. A few team members were not responsive and had to email several times to get responses. Little unclear as closing time came up on if some of the items in our disclousure documents were going to be rectified or not....

Blake was very gracious to try and make things work for my client. the only draw back is the timelines for silverton in underwrting and closing dept blake did his best for us
