Wished docs were sent to down payment assistance program in a timely manner. Calculating the holidays that are in place. My client had to push back her closing 2 weeks due to the lending process.
Gareth and Jennifer are class acts - communication is awesome and really fought hard to close quickly.
I would use them again and again
