Yes! Ms Sharon was so helpful even going as far as placing me with Mr Pickles. she was communicative with Me and the realtor. She was patient and explained every step of the process which is for first time home owners.

Communication. The process lacked communication, especially when it went from Jennifer to Brittany's hands. And some things were not communicated to the correct parties for clarification, or just not communicated.
