I would suggest that if there are problems still outstanding with the house, that the person buying the house has the option to push closing so the home builder cannot sweep these issues under the rug and not work on them in a timely manner....

Very responsive to questions. Process was overall smooth. One small hiccup at the end simply due to everyone's scheduling. Was resolved without major incident
The whole transaction went smoothly, clear up to closing day. I couldn't have asked for a better closing on a new build.
