It was smooth and easy. I was surprised that Logan was able to get the VA loan.
Logan's communication was excellent. He kept us informed of every step of the loan process Anytime we had a question he answered our emails very quickly
No explanation for why we couldn't get the deed into our trust. Just said they couldn't do it.??
