    It was great that we were in a 'one stop shop' with the new build process. Title, lending (Kevin), and our rep (Shiane) all worked together for us and made this process seamless!

    All of the closing docs were explained satisfactorily. The closing location was very convenient, and it was a nice touch to meet Kevin personally at closing.
