Manik was always polite, professional and timely. His advice was spot on and made the experience very pleasant and easy.
Dawn was easy to work with and gave me plenty of notice when items or information was needed from me. There were a few times where answers to questions I emailed were a bit confusing but Dawn worked with me to get them cleared up.
