    The closing for this new construction was moved up unexpectedly by two months, putting the buyer in a difficult position. Manik was able to arrange the proper loan type for the situation and still close on time. He's a champ!

    Dawn was always available, extremely knowledgeable and was able to walk us through the process in securing the loan for our retirement home. She always seemed to be talking to us on the phone with a smile.
