Silverton overall needs to have more organization when files are moving from step to step and person to person. We had to submit the same documents over and over again when our files was moved.

Our closing was pushed back twice, which I totally understand. However, the lack of communication was the issue for all of us. We found out less than 24 hours before the first scheduled closing that we weren't closing due to incorrect information...
