A clear understanding of what was required on appraisal repairs never given, loan rep did not have a clue when ask.

Property was an fha deal and we were not made aware of repairs being needed until re-inspection was requested, this was on 7728 Olympus Pl File# BLT21-164- loan rep could not even tell me exactly what was needed which caused my seller additional...
