Pat and his staff are helpful, and ecellent communicaiton and follow up. Pat works through various scenarios, and give great recomendations. And, partnering with Reliant Land Services made the end of the tranasction very simple.

I was kept informed throughout every step of the process. The staff was extremely helpful in explaining exactly what documents were needed and how to obtain them.

Pat was extremely responsive and supportive. He understood our obstacles and worked to find the best way to afford our home. He also helped us have a remote closing, which was essential due to my disability.
