If they would just paid off what we requested so we could had extra pocket money to fix one of the bathrooms to be handicapped accessible. Also ao that we could've registered one of our vehicles. Instead they paid off extra stuff.

Paid too much in points, but otherwise, Brad was efficient and easy to contact and very easy to talk to. The refi. was closed faster than any I have ever experienced.

Spencer made everything very easy to do . My only suggestion would be the payoff/ creditor checks phone calls/ conference calls , maybe reiterate that the buyer/ owner of the bills write down addresses. I was usually not home for these calls...
