Faster service. More upfront with information. Less invasive questions about unrelated info for the loan. Not having to submit or explain the same information.

Adam helped me through every step and was very patient working with me. We had some credit issues we needed to fix before being qualifed for a home loan and he took the time to make sure we did what was neccessary to get us the best loan possible....

The process is very lengthy. Josh is very good at using positivite words to keep the morale high through the process but sometimes it can give you a false sense of security. I wish they would be more forthcoming with the info that is needed....
