I found myself constantly reach out to my key players and had to nag to get an answer.
We had questions throughout the process and had a difficult time receiving a return phone call. The initial disclosure was incorrect and we wanted it corrected. The final disclosure was correct.
Process took a long time and had to submit the same documents multiple times. Had closing scheduled and a few hours before it was canceled because we were somehow no longer approved. Whole process was a real hassle.
Jeff got the job done, easy to work with.
