Need to improve customer feedback. The longer the process, the less the feedback. My loan supposedly closed 10 days ago, but no feedback to my requests for details.
Roberto always kept me in the loop and was excellent at communication! I appreciated him so much with his candor. I would recommend him over and over as well as Amerisave.
It took to long!!!

Turn off the auto reminders that I still had to provide information. Also Amber could have called me once a week and let me know the status of my loan. It seems like it took forever to complete
