Overall process took mych longer than anticapated but that was more of an overwellming demand, the respones by the people inolved was always immediate.
I sent some Emails to David that went unanswered. I couldn't reach him by phone when I had a question. There were times when I couldn't reach him at all which raised my anxiety. I don't blame David. He was excellent when I could reach him....
