It started out fine, but then calls and emails were going unanswered for days at a time. Information was not properly communicated which could have prevented a lot of frustration.

It was drug out by repeated requests for 'just one item needed' Why can't the underwriters get all the needed information together and make one request. If the underwriters are separate from Amerisave, then the blame goes solely on the underwriters....
