I spoke to many lenders and Fabio was the only one who took the time to inform me the difference between Vantage score and FICO score, and with that knowlede, we were able to move forward with the loan.

Responses to my questions. The fact they changed processors in the middle and I was not notified. I did get answers to most of my questions yesterday from several other people, not Jonathan. I texted many times starting shortly after I signed....
