After you refi with them, they continue to call and ask you if you are ready to refi. Like they lost your paperwork. I signed the paperwork TWO days before. 2. Not a month, or a year, or even a whole week. Sketchy, and concerning.

Michael and Team did a great job communicating, keeping us informed and were very timely answering questions and giving feedback when asked. The entire process was smooth and effortless, and everyone involved were great !
