The underwriters made the loan process exceptionally difficult. Issues with the app made submitting documents difficult . Improvement in those two areas seem necessary to improve the loan process

John was great if you needed help he's the man to call, if he couldn't answer your questions he would find out and get back to you, It seemed as he was always available
