This was the fastest process I have ever experienced with a refinance. Great communication, fantastic customer service. I can't say enough how much I appreciate the level of care I received.

Robin, the loan processor, decided we were not going through with the loan. She called repeatedly but never left a voice message. She sent a blank email but no other emails for days. Also, we were constantly harassed by your system about requirements...

The cash out process was not explained very well. We were not sure how our cash out payment would be recieved, if it was to be a paper check or direct deposit.

Initial contact and application process are good. Communication thereafter is lacking. It appears that no one is willing to speak via phone. Appears All contact is electronic only. Issue with a release delayed our closing at least 30 days but...
