I appreciate the 5.5% interest rate but I didn’t realize that I was buying points. I wear hearing aids & don't always understand over the phone, but there is room for improvemen.

Both Fabio and Nakia were helpful and g to work with. The problem was the underwrites kept wanting more and more documents that delayed the entire process.
