Very responsive when I reached out and provided me information in a timely throughout the process.
Rudy welcomed any questions, and was prompt at responding. We started the home buying process a couple years ago, but with the rates and the high prices we had to wait. Rudy helped us get qualified in the end!! We couldn't be happier.
Very easy communication and always got back to me when not available in a short amount of time, very nice and friendly to make the process a lot easier.
