Mike explained everything to us in the detail we needed. It was good to understand what we could change and what was a fixed cost.

More person to person explanation of the loan process instead of mostly email. Calling for explanations seldom resulted in a voice response.
It already was great....nothing to change - besides a lower interest rate. :)
Communication was exceptional and Hudson was very informative and helpful in the process of our home buying experience.
Mike is very helpful and offers great advice on locking in rates.
Micheal was very knowledgeable with all of our questions about getting prequalified for our dream home. He was very prompt as well.
