I was informed throughout the process, Robert called me and fill me in on everything that was going on with my loan. Great experience.
Only issue I had was, I was told I would get two months w/o payment and forgot to account for automatic payment extracted from my account. If we had planned for this, I could have saved another $2500.00. This should not have happened.
Everyone was helpful and good at letting me know things were progressing nicely. Answered my questions and very reassuring.
