Michele Coutant made the whole process go very well. Any time I had a question she was there to guide us through whatever issue we had.
Michele was wonderful! She was very professional, always explaining everything very thorough. Kellie made some mistakes. But thank goodness we caught them & they were corrected.
Would highly recommend Robert.
