The process felt very organized and clear . There were some redundancies in paperwork but appreciated the thoroughness. The loan isn't really available anywhere else and will suit our specific needs well.

Matthew and his team were great, very knowledgeable and responsive. The only thing I was slightly unhappy through the process with had more to do with providing extra proof of our W-2 earnings which was complicated by my husband's employer...

Matthew did not listen to my wishes regarding the type of loan or the amount of the loan I emailed him about this several times and he ignored me I asked for a new agent twice and that was also ignored I would never work with Northpoint again...
