Kurt, was very detailed and made sure we knew why anything was being asked of us or what each charge meant. In a process that can be very confusing, Kurt made it clear what we were getting and he got us a great rate!

Kurt walked us through both Nova’s proposal and another institution’s offer for our refinancing and pointed out areas where Nova was batter and areas where the other institution was better. Im grateful for that sort of open dialogue.
