Jennifer went out of her way to help me with each step of the process. Made things so easy and answered all my questions. I had a wonderful experience!
Alex was very good ( joyful ) with her assistance. Jennifer was knowledgable with procedures and problem solving. Never had a doubt with either one. Both were very aggressive. And both always made themselvs available.
Charlie made the process of securing a refinance loan and a purchase loan.. easier then anything we have ever done.
