Mahalo Selena for this amazing review. Communication plays a huge role especially when unexpected things come up during the loan process and we always want to ensure that everyone is kept in the loop :) Congratulations and Happy New Year!
I would say that NFM intially wasn't very transparent with me on upfront cost to everything . However, once I voiced my concerns , they were addressed and they were able to promptly solve my concerns.
Not having so many different people that I had to talk to. If it was Jamaica I would have given it an eight or a nine, but Heidi that I had to work with was awful. She made my experience terrible and I would not recommend this company to anyone...
