Jeff and team were always communicative and let me know whenever there were new docs for me to review. They worked so quickly and the turnaround was amazing!
We were told 2 weeks prior to closing (12/28/21) the only thing we would need was the final appraisal. This proved to be a complete lie. The final appraisal was received the morning of closing so while I understand it could have delayed things...
