    Easy to work with and gets the loan closed when promised. I have used Trinity Oaks 3 times twice for a refi and one for a new home purchase. Very professional and nice people.

    Communication and estimates could be more clear. Kevin was always accessible which was a defining requirement for us, and very valuable with conflicting schedules. He was key to negotiation and closing the sale.
