    Matt had great communication and always explained everything thoroughly. Everything for closing was all lined up for us and it only took about 45mins. We had to work with Matt for a long time as it took a really long time to build our home....

    Better communication. Did not receive Final statement till 4:30 pm and close was next morning. Underwriting process was redundant.
