Dave supervised unexpected repairs in the house that occurred after we moved out. He was wonderful in keeping us informed on what was happening and even made good vendor referrals. He filled his role beautifully and always was calm and kindness....

David maintained superb communication with us. We were out of town sellers and he made it a point to check in our place very often, lead a renovation project, and communicate every detail to us without delay
