Mehdi and his team made my family and myself first experience buying a home stress free and easy. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs a informative and helpful mind during what could be a stressful process.

Great communication and great at prioritizin That clinents needs.

The whole process has been awful. Emails with incorrect information and words not even spelled correctly. Videos to watch like we are 5 year olds buying a home. Asking us to print and sign items that were not necessary. And to top it all off...

Imelda was always eger to answer questions and was helpful every step of the way!

very professional

I've closed many many loans and this was by far the worst experience with a lending instituition I've ever experienced, I would never recommend Alcova to anyone and will never do any more business with this company .

There was a bit of miscommunication, confusion. I feel like he definitely knew what he was doing. And the miscommunication and confusion was likely not his fault .
