    Jen would help us as soon as we needed it. There were times she was away on vacation, and she still was super quick to get everything we needed. She sacrificed her own time to help us.

    We felt we were treated very unfairly with little support. We were told if the rates dropped we could get the lower rate. That was not true. We should have shopped ourselves before locking in. Unfortunately we lost a lot of money.
