So grateful the AmeriSave team caught some problems with the deed. They dealt with it, kept my concerns manageable, and calmly followed the process.
All the loan options, loan selection and loan requirements provided by Stephanie Helms was completely accurate, timely and consistent. There were no last minute issues or delays in processing my loan application to loan closing.
Mohammed does not return phone calls. Had trouble depositing the checks, and he was no help. Called 4 times on 1-31-2020 he never returned a call. I ended up priority mailing to Car Max. Since the bank would not accept it for deposit.
I checked 3-4 companies looking to refinance our home. Most were good and informative. When I was talking to Casey I had the feeling that he was dealing just with me and wanted to do all he could to make the process go smoothly. The instructions...
