He took the time to explain everything and helped us along with attaching all the documents and information that was needed to complete the process in a timely manner.
Brittany was very efficient and friendly. She helped get us locked into an awesome rate immediately even during this busy time. She was also very helpful with any questions i had.
All the electronic signatures and forms were great; but at closing I was mailed (FedEx) checks for me to send out to make the payoffs for 3 loans. I’m not sure why you didn’t collect enough information to do that electronically.
They were great, helped me though a lot of stuff, patient, and communication was great. Highly recommend.
