What made it great was James would respond to my emails and keep me informed. If it's timely as long as I am aware of what's going on I am okay. Communication is important and he did a good job with that.
The only thing that would have made my experience better would be for me to be much more tech savvy. Without Nabeel's expert tech help I would not have been able to complete this transaction.
