Overall it was a smooth and good experience. The only thing that was a little upsetting is that we had to pay more out of pocket than originally was said when locking in our interest rate.
Explanations could be clearer. Return communication could be more prompt. You could let the customer know where we are in the process when it is been a few days some You communicated with them.
