It was really very comfortable, convenient and easy to refinance our loan because everybody was very courteous, knowledgeable and helped me to go through the process so well that it became like a piece of cake.
The process was lengthy and I had a hard time at Times teaching people to get updates on my loan.

Sean was extremely knowledgeable and patient. He answered all of our questions with clear answers and made the process move smooth and efficiently.
My experience with Jordan was great. Overall the process took longer than expected but I don't believe that was anything that Jordan did.

The process was a bit confusing, since there seemed to be multiple people involved in setting up the new loan. I had little contact with Paolo (except at the final stage) but I would give Shamane a 10! She was terrific.
